July 21 - Iron Wolf Bike Run and Pig Roast
The weekend started early on Friday with Matt Herman and friends playing rock, blues and reggae at the Longhorn. Fun was had by all with great music, beverages, company and a special guest appearance by "Carlos" ManCandy, just in from Miami Beach.
Saturday was spent in preparation for the big biker party. Thanks to Jerry, Gordon and Mark for helping to cook the piggy. Nothing like fresh pork roasted on an I-Beam!
Finally, Saturday night! Yukon, from Anchorage and the Valley, rocked the bar until the big event of the night began. Bag Lady Sue, a hilarious comedian from Colorado, kept us in stitches for over an hour! Keep your eyes open for a chance to see her while she is in Alaska, you won't regret it (unless you are easily offended, in which case this wasn't the party for you)!
After Baggs was nearly naked, Yukon kept on playing until the wee hours of the night when everyone retired to the bonfire for more partying.
A great time was had by all. Thanks to the Iron Wolf Motorcycle Club for joining us ths weekend. See ya next time.
